Build the product, launch it and present it to Incred leadership. Promising products get marketing, funding and an ownership share.
Selection is purely on merit, through an assessment. Your college, marks or background don't decide it; your skills do.
A practical assessment of your skills: coding, problem-solving and how you think. Open to students who complete an Incred program, and to already-skilled students.
Selected interns are hired for 6 months and paid a monthly stipend while they work on live Incred products.
After training or internship, strong performers can join Incred full-time, depending on performance.
