We're not a training institute.
We're your first company.

Break the coaching-class trap. Learn from an engineer who runs a global product team, intern on live products for 6 months, and walk away owning a share of what you build.

For CSE / IT students of B.Tech, BCA, MCA & Polytechnic

6 monthsInternship on live products
₹8–10k / monthStipend for selected interns
₹22,500 / monthJob offer for top performers*

*Performance-based; not a guaranteed offer.

// why we exist

The coaching-class trap is real. We built the exit.

Coaching classes sell you notes and a certificate. We are a product company, and we'd rather you leave with a product, a portfolio and a stake.

Typical coaching class

  • Trainers who teach, but have never shipped a product
  • Same recorded syllabus for years
  • Toy projects copied from YouTube
  • A certificate, then "best of luck with placements"
  • You stay an employee-in-waiting

Incred Academy

  • Mentored by a CTO who leads a global engineering team today
  • Curriculum built from what we use in production this year
  • You work on live company products used by real customers
  • 6-month internship with an Incred Applications Pvt Ltd certificate
  • You can own a share, sell locally, or get funded for your own idea

Companies now hire edge-to-edge engineers

Frontend→Backend→DevOps→DevSecOps→Cloud→AI

Our take: AI can now write code faster than ever, but someone still has to deploy it, secure it, scale it and keep it running in production. That's the engineer companies are struggling to find, and the one AI makes more valuable, not less. It's exactly what our programs are built around.

// the journey

Learn → Intern → Build → Own

Four stages that turn a student into the owner of a product.

Learn

Pick a program: DevOps, AWS, AI Engineering, MERN or ML. Live, mentor-led, project-first.

4–10 months

Intern

Clear our assessment and join our engineering team for 6 months on a paid stipend of ₹8,000–₹10,000 a month.

from January 2027

Build

Pick one of the products we're building, or pitch your own. Work in a small team of ~4 developers.

Own

We market it. When the vertical succeeds, you claim your share. Or sell it locally as your own business.

your company
// earn while you learn

A paid internship, and a job at the end of it

No coaching class pays you. We do, because our interns ship real work for a real company.

Step 1 · Assessment

Apply & take the assessment

A practical assessment of your skills: coding, problem-solving and how you think. Open to students who complete an Incred program, and to already-skilled students.

Step 2 · Paid internship
₹8,000–₹10,000/ month

Selected interns are hired for 6 months and paid a monthly stipend while they work on live Incred products.

Step 3 · Full-time role
₹22,500/ month*

After training or internship, strong performers can join Incred full-time, depending on performance.

*Salary offer is performance-based and not guaranteed. Stipend amount depends on assessment results.

// the ownership model

Become your own employer, not just an employee.

After training, you don't just get a certificate. You get three ways to become an owner.

Example vertical

PetsApp: 4 students, 1 product, real ownership

1

Team forms4 developers from the internship pick PetsApp from Incred's product pipeline.

2

They build itGuided by Incred's senior engineers, they design, build and deploy the product.

3

Incred markets itOur company puts its marketing and distribution behind the product.

4

They claim their shareOnce the vertical becomes successful, the developers who built it claim their share.

Three ways to own

① Share in an Incred vertical: build one of our products and earn a stake when it succeeds.
② Sell it locally: take a product you built to businesses in your city and run it yourself.
③ Pitch your own idea: if we believe in it, we fund it.
